I have been working as a makeup artist for over 8 years. After completing my Diploma of Specialist Makeup Services, I kicked off my career in the retail sector of the makeup industry at Inglot Eastland soon after heading out on my own and establishing myself as a freelance makeup artist. In 2018 and 2019 I worked on the Miss Universe Australia Makeup Team. I am an accredited trainer and in 2018 I launched my first 6 week immersive makeup education course and have since taught over 250 students. My courses continue to be a leading choice in the industry for aspiring artists and continue to rapidly evolve with the industry. In addition to educating the next generation of makeup artists I also own Glam Theory Studios in Heathmont. After completing Eliza's course I finally had the confidence to make my instagram page and officially start my business! Since then I have been able to establish a steady clientele, move into a commercial salon space. More recently I have become very active in the photo shoot side of the industry, working on shoots with some streetwear clothing, activewear and jewelry brands. I cannot recommend Eliza's Intro to Artistry Course enough! Eliza provides such an encouraging and constructive environment that made me so comfortable and excited to learn in. If you are looking to join Eliza's Intro to Artistry as an aspiring makeup artist there is nothing I would recommend more than this course! You are learning from the best - a successful makeup artist who is booked out every weekend. There is no better place to start as it guides you in the right direction and you learn all the ins and outs of how to become a successful makeup artist. Intro to Artistry taught me pretty much most things in how to operate as a makeup artist. From things such as how to sanitise your kit, how to book clients, what to charge, best products for your kit - all the knowledge you need when you are just beginning.
